Our first sighting of Magellan and Gentoo penguins. After a bone-shaking drive for 1 and ¼ hours on rough dirt tracks (just off M3 to Buenos Airies!), short boat trip and our small party of 14 disembarked into the wild world of penguins! Crazy creatures in dinner suites wobbling about ungainly on land but porpoising like elegant torpedos in the sea! Fluffy teenagers tower over attentive parents demanding food and new clothes! So nothing new between the species there then!
